Nina Nenova was born in Sofia in 1953. She has studied law and used to work in the Bulgarian magazine FEP (Fantastika, Euristica and Prognostica; Фантастика, Евристика, Прогностика) in the late 80s – early 90s. Her novel Cadavers in Graveyard less territory (Трупове в безгробна територия) was ranked third in the Novel of the decade 1990-99 competition.

The Capital of latecomers is a mystery set in a futuristic artificial oasis that mixes quantum physics and magic. It was translated by Vladimir Poleganov.
